Our 2027 cohort journey begins with Orientation on Sunday, September 13, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm, and already, the excitement is palpable. What makes this experience possible is something beautiful - our shared love of yoga.

Your desire to be part of teacher training is itself an expression of that love. We are drawn to know more deeply what we love - and love awakens curiosity, devotion, and the willingness to explore beyond what we already know.

And something is already changing. Until now, your yoga practice may have been largely personal - your breath, your body, your inner life. By entering teacher training, the practice begins to expand beyond the boundaries of the self. You are now practicing with others in mind - with those you may someday teach, with your fellow trainees, and with our sangha as a whole.

The personal is becoming transpersonal. This is a bigger love. It is the shift from simply experiencing yourself doing yoga to discovering the mysterious ways yoga is also doing you - shaping how you listen, relate, and serve. Perhaps this is where we begin to know yoga most deeply - when our practice is no longer “ours" alone.
