WHAT’S INVOLVED?

The 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training runs concurrently with the nine-month 200-Hour Foundational Yoga Teacher Training. Orientation happens in September and the curriculum is organized in eight monthly modules beginning in October and ending in May. Each module is grounded in immersive and experiential weekend learnshops emphasizing a perennial aspect of yoga (yamas-niyamas, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, samadhi). The 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training emphasizes the subtleties of yoga practice as well as the nuances of sharing yoga in ways that are increasingly inclusive and accessible. Each monthly module includes a mentor group meeting, self-paced readings and study guides, an optional study group session, self-reflective journaling, regular opportunities to practice yoga in community, and assistant and lead facilitating opportunities.
