HOW MUCH DOES THE TRAINING COST?

At Community Yoga Center, we are inspired by sharing yoga - not selling it. And we mean that in a very real, tangible way. Our Yoga Teacher Training is intentionally priced at a fraction of the cost of most programs - half to one-third of typical tuition. In a culture where trainings can be financially out of reach, we’ve made a clear and values-driven choice to keep yoga teacher training accessible to as many people as possible. This is not a profit-driven program. Tuition simply supports basic operating essentials like facility use, utilities, and insurance costs. Nothing more. There is no markup for brand, no inflated pricing structure - just what’s needed to sustain the offering.

What truly sets this program apart is how it is taught. Every instructor donates their time. They are not selling anything. They teach because of a deep commitment to the practice of yoga and a genuine desire to share it with others. This is teaching as service, not transaction. Because of this, the quality of instruction is extraordinary. Our teachers bring a collective depth of knowledge, decades of experience, and diverse perspectives that often exceed other programs. These are not instructors showing up to get insta-famous - they are mentors and practitioners who care deeply about the integrity of the yoga tradition.

Tuition Options

We offer a three-tiered tuition model to help keep the training accessible, while also allowing those with greater financial means to support the program and expand access for others. For the 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, tuition tiers are Community ($1,350), Supporter ($1,650), and Benefactor ($2,250). The Supporter and Benefactor tiers include a tax-deductible donation ($300 and $900 respectively), which directly helps sustain the program and increase accessibility.

Commitment & Accessibility

To confirm your intention to participate, a $200 non-refundable deposit is requested by June 21, 2026. The remaining tuition is due on or before Orientation on September 12, 2026. We are committed to making this training available to those who feel called to it. Monthly payment plans are available, and a limited number of scholarships are offered based on financial need and a demonstrated commitment to serving the community. Please don’t let cost be the reason you don’t consider this training. If tuition feels like a barrier, we encourage you to reach out to Kristin to talk more.
