If you let go a little, you will have a little peace. If you let go a lot, you will have a lot of peace. If you let go completely, you will know complete peace. Your struggles with the world will have come to an end.

DHAMMA LEARNING & MEDITATION

a rare opportunity to study the Dhamma with Kusalamula BHIKKHU, a Buddhist monk who has devoted his life to the practice, realization, and transmission of the Buddha's teachings.

Through weekly study and guided meditation, participants are invited to explore the profound wisdom of the Majjhima Nikāya (Middle Length Discourses) in a supportive and contemplative setting. Rooted in the earliest teachings of the Buddha, these sessions offer practical insight into the nature of suffering, the causes of confusion, and the path toward greater clarity, compassion, and freedom. Whether you are new to Buddhist practice or a longtime student of the Dhamma, this is an exceptional opportunity to learn directly from a dedicated monastic practitioner whose life is grounded in the living tradition of the Buddha's path.

We’ll explore one sutta per session.

Each session will last about 1.5 hours and include:

- 15 minutes: Summary of the selected sutta

- 45 minutes: Explanation and Q&As

- 30 minutes: Guided meditation practice

This offering will take place on Zoom every Sunday, 5pm-6:30pm.
