There will be no formal group yoga facilitation during this time, as this Winter Break is being offered as an intentional period of rest. Rest is an essential part of yoga practice. It allows the body, mind, and heart to recharge, creating space for renewed energy, creativity, and deeper connection to ourselves and one another. By honoring rest, we nurture the love and presence that we bring back into our shared practice. Our regular schedule of yoga offerings will resume on Sunday, January 4th.
