Sound Bath with Eliza

An immersive sound experience that invites deep relaxation and presence. The sustained tones of crystal singing bowls gently anchor your attention, allowing the mind to settle and the body to soften. As distraction falls away, space opens for stillness, clarity, and connection. This offering is an invitation to pause, listen, and remember the peace that is always within you. Come as you are. Rest, receive, and simply be.

Everyone is Welcome Here

All bodies, backgrounds, and experience levels are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. There is never a cost. Registration is nor required.

What to Bring

Please consider bringing any practice supports you enjoy - mat, blocks, straps, bolsters, or blankets. Community practice supports are available, and you’re encouraged to use them freely. Bringing water to hydrate after practice is also a good idea. We practice indoors, in a large room. We recommend wearing comfortable layered clothing to help regulate preferred body temperature.

This Practice is Not Sold

This practice is not sold. It’s shared. Our offerings exist through voluntary giving - as a living expression of the community we are. What we receive is made possible by the many who have given before us, and what we offer allows the practice to remain unowned and open.

Giving is part of yoga practice - not as a duty, but as a remembering. When we give, the grip of “me and mine” loosens. The patterns of separation and self-importance are disrupted. We step out of self-absorption - the root of suffering - and feel into the truth of interconnectedness. Every act of giving dissolves a boundary. The giver and the receiver are not two. This is how the practice continues - through open hands and open hearts.

A Note About the Gift of Sound Bath

For many people, meditation can feel inaccessible. The mind wanders, the body resists stillness, and an expectation to "clear your mind" can become another source of effort. A sound bath can offer a different doorway.

The sustained resonance of crystal singing bowls naturally invites your attention to rest on sound. As awareness becomes gently absorbed in vibration and tone, mental activity often begins to soften on its own. This effortless quality of attention can become a bridge into meditative states that might otherwise feel difficult to access.

In many contemplative traditions, focused attention is recognized as a natural gateway to meditation. Sound becomes the object of awareness and as listening deepens, the familiar boundaries of thinking begin to loosen, revealing the quiet presence that always is.

Whether meditation is already part of your life or you're encountering it for the first time, a sound bath offers a gentle, accessible path into stillness, presence, and the possibility of profound inner ease.
