Everyone is invited to a day of silence, where we will explore the power of meditation through alternating sitting and walking practice periods. This will be held both in person and virtually from 12pm - 5pm and anyone is welcome to join for any portion of it. This day is open to any person with any level of experience, but please be aware that guided meditations will only be offered for the first sitting/walking period, and during the closing metta meditation. We will also take up the practice of noble silence throughout the whole day as a way to turn inwards and deepen our relationship to our own experience. If you choose to join for only a portion of the day, please be mindful in preserving the silence of the community. The schedule is listed below. No snacks will be provided, so please bring anything you think you may need during this time. Looking forward to seeing any one who is interested!
