The Hospitality Committee is meeting Saturday, August 30th at 11:45am at the Community Yoga Center to talk through the to collaborate on ways we can support the committee responsibilities.

Below is the committee responsibilities with a new one added supporting greeting during YTT meet times:

HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE

Provide hospitality services at the yoga center.

1.      WATER TEAM

                             ensure drinking water dispenser is full

2.      BEVERAGE & SNACK TEAM

inventory and organize beverages and snacks - sparkling water, nut milks, creamers, tea, coffee, healthy bars, chocolate

3.      DINNER SERVICE TEAM

Provide dinner service for yoga teacher training - help with dinner set-up and break-down

4.      PICNIC PAPER PRODUCTS TEAM

inventory and organize picnic paper products paper napkins, plates, bowls, cups and bamboo utensills

*Greeting and Welcoming folks at YTT meet times
