Dhamma Learning and Meditation Practice with Kusalamula Bhikkhu

READING: MN 150 Nagaravindeyya Sutta (To the Nagaravindans). The Buddha explains to a group of brahmin householders what kind of recluses and brahmins should be venerated.

Misperceptions about the nature of reality - about ourselves, others, and the world around us cause great suffering. To help folks understand this challenge and perceive with greater clarity, Kusalamula Bhikkhu offers weekly dhamma learning and meditation practice sessions centered on the Buddha’s teachings in the Middle Length Discourses (Majjhima Nikāya).

We’ll explore one sutta per session.

Each session will last about 1.5 hours and include:

- 15 minutes: Summary of the selected sutta

- 45 minutes: Explanation and Q&As

- 30 minutes: Guided meditation practice

This offering will take place on Zoom every Sunday, 5pm-6:30pm PT / 8pm-9:30pm ET.

Please fill out the form below to sign up for this offering and receive updates from Kusalamula Bhikkhu regarding the sutta we'll be learning weekly. We look forward to practicing with you! :)
