REGULAR PRACTICE OPPORTUNITIES

Hatha Yoga and meditation classes are offered regularly at Community Yoga Center at no cost every week. All regular practice opportunities are free and registration is not required. Whether you're looking to build strength, reduce stress, increase flexibility, or find a supportive community, Community Yoga Center’s offering are for every body. All offerings are welcoming, accessible, and taught by experienced volunteer instructors.

Classes are organized into two practice pathways - fire practice and space practices.

FIRE PATH

Fire Practices cultivate vitality, strength, and active rhythm. These energizing classes are designed to optimize invigorating energy, build resilience, enhance focus, and support dynamic movement.

SPACE PATH

Space Practices cultivate relaxation, stillness, and restoration. These calming classes are designed to optimize energetic ease, mindfulness, deep rest, and a greater sense of inner balance and well-being.

Everyone Is Welcome

Community Yoga Center is committed to creating an inclusive, and supportive environment for all. No experience is necessary. Classes are offered through community support, and everyone is welcome to participate regardless of experience, ability, age or background. Come as you are. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Mondays Wednesdays Fridays Sundays I 8:00 AM - 9:20 AM

Inspired by the traditional Ashtanga method, this accessible class focuses on breath-centered movement, strength, flexibility, and mindful awareness. Adaptations and modifications are offered to support all bodies and abilities.

The Art of Vinyasa

Grand Rising

Sunset Slowdown

Thursdays | 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM

Transition gently from the busyness of the day into a state of ease and relaxation. This class blends gentle movement with restorative stretching to help release tension and prepare the body and mind for rest.

Candlelight Yoga

First Sunday of Every Month

Slow Deep Stretch

Seated Yoga

Yin Yoga

Saturdays | 9 AM - 10:00 AM

A deeply restorative practice featuring long-held poses that target connective tissues, joints, and fascia. Yin Yoga invites a real slow down, deep breathing, and the cultivating of awareness.
