EXPERIENCE MEDITATION & DHARMA SHARING WITH KUSALAMULA BHIKKHU
Kusalamula Bhikkhu is offering weekly meditation and dharma-sharing sessions open to anyone interested in practicing meditation and exploring its benefits. Each meeting includes guided practice and reflections rooted in the Buddha’s teachings. While grounded in the Dharma, these practices are universal and support deepening awareness and compassion. This is an extraordinary opportunity to relate with experience in a way that is very different from our habitual patterns of living.
Kusalamula Bhikkhu is offering a weekly session focused on the Buddha’s teachings in the Middle Length Discourses of the Buddha (Majjhima Nikāya), along with guided meditation.
We’ll explore one sutta per session.
Each session will last about 1.5 hours and include:
- 15 minutes: Summary of the selected sutta
- 45 minutes: Explanation and Q&As
- 30 minutes: Guided meditation practice
This offering will take place on Zoom every Sunday, 5pm-6:30pm PT / 8pm-9:30pm ET.
