You’re invited to join us at Community Yoga Center for compassion meditation with Shauna.
Compassion meditation focuses on the subtle energies and pathways of the body-mind to cultivate conditions for a more free flow of energy. Focal points of awareness include the breath, visuals, and sacred mantra to grow for greater awareness and compassion for ourselves and the world. These meditations can be experientially powerful and connect us to heart-opening energy that foster clarity, hope and a more fulfilled and joyful existence.
After the meditation, you’re invited to enjoy a restorative sound bath to further relax to integrate your experience. Light refreshments will be served following the sound bath. Supportive practice materials will be provided for take home. Pleaes bring your mat, pillows, drinking vessels along with friends to have fun and practice.
