FREE CLASSES EVERY DAY
Yoga and meditation classes are offered everyday at no cost at Community Yoga Center. All regular practice opportunities are free and registration is not required. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, increase flexibility, build strength, or find a supportive community, Community Yoga Center’s offerings are for everyBODY. All offerings are welcoming and guided by experienced facilitators.
Classes are organized into two practice pathways - Fire Practice and Space Practice. We invite you to explore the balance of Fire and Space and discover the practices that best support your well-being.

All indicated below, two classes a week are held at All Saints Episcopal Church (3847 Terracina Drive, Riverside CA 92501). All other classes are located at Community Yoga Center (2900 Adams Street, Suite A-20, Riverside, CA 92504).
BEFORE YOUR FIRST PRACTICE
Before your first practice in community, we ask all participants to read and complete the Participant Agreement and Core Values Agreement. These agreements help create a shared understanding of how we practice together and care for community. If anything is unclear, please feel welcome to ask questions or speak with a facilitator. We’re happy to help. You’ll also find a Simple Kindnesses guide - friendly suggestions about the small, everyday ways we care for one another and our shared practice space.
