TUITION POLICY

Life happens and unexpected situations arise. If you need to withdraw from yoga teacher training for any reason, please provide Kristin a written notice of withdrawal by email to kristin.varner@varnerbrandt.com. Tuition refunds vary and are based on when a withdrawal notice is received.

WITHDRAWAL PRIOR TO JULY 1

An applicant who submits a written withdrawal notice prior to July 1st is entitled to a refund of all money paid. The refund will be paid within thirty (30) days of receiving the withdrawal notice. 

WITHDRAWALS Before ORIENTATION

An applicant who submits a written withdrawal notice after July 1, 2025 and before Orientation on September 13, 2025, is entitled to a refund of all money paid less the $200 deposit amount. The refund will be paid within thirty (30) days of receiving the withdrawal notice. 

WITHDRAWALS AFTER ORIENTATION

A participant who submits a written withdrawal notice after Orientation on September 13, 2025 and before December 31, 2025, is entitled to a refund of 50% of all money paid less the $200 deposit amount. The refund will be paid within thirty (30) days of receiving the withdrawal notice. A student who submits a written withdrawal notice on or after January 1, 2026 is not entitled to a refund of any money paid. 

Special Cases 

If a participant withdraws from the program due to illness, accident, death of a loved one, or other circumstances that make it impractical for the participant to complete yoga teacher training, the participant will be provide a reasonable and fair refund. No refunds will be given to any participant who withdraws from the program as a result of their inappropriate conduct, including harassment, bullying, or other disruptive behavior that causes harm to to the welfare of the program or community.
